Can I put my wraps or straps in the washing machine?
Itโs not recommended. Machine washing can damage the Velcro or stitching. Instead, gently hand wash and air dry to keep them lasting longer.

1. How should I wash my Laboratory Fitness apparel? Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Cold water protects the fabric fibers and keeps the colors and graphics looking sharp wash after wash.
2. Can I put my shirts in the dryer? For the longest life, hang or lay flat to air dry. If you use a dryer, keep it on low heat high heat is the fastest way to shrink cotton and wear down a design over time.
3. Will my shirt shrink? Our shirts are made from high-quality cotton, which can shrink slightly with heat. Washing cold and drying on low (or air drying) keeps them fitting exactly the way they should.
4. How do I keep the graphic from cracking or fading? Always wash inside out in cold water and skip the high heat. Avoid ironing directly over the design turn the shirt inside out or press around it. Treated this way, the graphic stays crisp for the long haul.
5. What detergent should I use? A mild, standard detergent is all you need. Skip bleach and harsh stain removers they break down cotton fibers and dull both the fabric and the print.
6. Can I iron my apparel? Yes iron inside out on a low-to-medium setting. Never iron directly on top of the graphic, as direct heat can damage it.
